Delete your Weddingpoint account
You can permanently delete your Weddingpoint customer account and associated personal data from the app or submit a deletion request by email.

Delete from the app
Sign in to Weddingpoint, open the account menu, select Settings, and expand Delete My Account. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm the permanent deletion.

Email us from the address registered with your Weddingpoint account. Use the subject “Delete my Weddingpoint account” and include your registered name and mobile number so we can verify the request.

Your customer profile, saved addresses, profile photo, wishlist, active cart data, and other account-linked personal data are deleted or anonymised after verification.
What may be retained
Completed booking, payment, invoice, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations. They are restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
Processing time
We acknowledge verified requests and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required. Account deletion cannot be undone.
