Marketplace service
Weddingpoint helps customers discover wedding service providers and submit bookings. Service descriptions, availability, inclusions, prices, and provider commitments shown at confirmation form part of your booking.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. You must be legally able to enter into a booking contract.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only when Weddingpoint issues an order confirmation. Taxes, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation conditions, and provider-specific terms shown during checkout apply to that booking.
Changes and cancellations
Contact support promptly to request a change or cancellation. Eligibility and any refund depend on the confirmed service terms, work already performed, provider commitments, and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
